No different now, expect Democrats want blacks to be enslaved to government. They don't want blacks to have the choice of sending their kids to private school with vouchers - they force black children into government schools. They tell blacks they are unable to compete with non-blacks so they come up with Affirmative Action plans - what Obama is riding on. If they are the worse then our local Register Guard must be 2nd.
