		<description>They collect 3 stipends for all their hard work. Their administrative pay is approximately 4 grand (3,825) of their 20k budget.

That said, they still have a larger printing/duplication budget at 15,832.</description>

This is issue 5 for the Insurgent for the 07-08 school year; on Tuesday, the Commentator will be putting it's 12th issue on stands, followed by its 13th and 14th in two weeks, and its 15th during the first Summer term.
