Gulley and Hernandez’s responses say it all, really. There’s finally someone in student government who isn’t a corrupt, bigoted thug, and they’re not happy about it.

Congratulations Sean.

I think even your opponents cannot honestly deny the integral balance you bring to student politics as far as being open, honest and accepting to everyone’s opinion. You have a passion for positive change and a respect for the potential of the ASUO, which many of us cynics and satirists have almost given up hope for. There have been so many bridges burnt over the years within the ASUO programs and governance; you represent the type of person who would rather begin construction on new bridges rather than blaming others for the destruction of the past.
