I can only come from 2-3! However, hopefully I'll be dual-wielding, bringing both my hookah and some rolling tobacco (if my hands aren't too cold to roll). I've endured my fair share of smoker's hardships at U of O, from DPS biking by and telling me I HAVE to take the foil off to prove that I'm only smoking shisha (you'd think they could tell by the smell, I'm pretty sure after all those busts that DPS members have a weed sense more refined than the grubbiest cofeeshop revolutionary). Oh, and I was once told that because there was a window open on the side of the building i was smoking outside of that i had to leave, never mind the fact that I was 1) smoking with a group & socializing, 2) on the lawn, and 3) at least 25 feet from the building. Oh no! I can only come from 2-3!
