Not to mention, just because the husband tells the Register Guard that he didn't threaten to kill her doesn't mean it didn't happen. Mr. Katz mentioned a custody battle over a child. Often both parents engage in character assassination in order to win custody, both trying to make the other look crazy or foolish. Got to love the RG spin at the end about the Kip Kinkel school shooting. How does making it illegal for people with concealed carry license have anything to do with people going on shooting rampages? Depending on the kind of bullet, the caliber, and the load you might just end up missing and killing the hell out of somebody in Algebra II the next room over. Of course, having the weapon available on her person in case of an incident on the grounds of the school but in a safer shooting situation is a different question.
