The footage was his rant about how society had shunned him, and the prejudice of rich, white kids constantly oppressing him. Most interesting is the fact that he used the words (Ibid.) "you could have prevented this..." This leads me to a *serious* concern....after the dorm shootings, this guy was able to make it out and remain concealed enough to purchase a mailing box from (I'm assuming) aa highly populated area), and that he was simply able to blend back into the public scene as just another solitary figure. I would think that *SOMEONE* would have spotted him, or knew something about it. And furthermore, since he was able to blend back into the public mass so well, what would have happened if he did not choose to continue at the school hall? These are serious security issues to question. It's also incredible that there was apparently a period of two hours that occured between shootings and somehow the campus police and the VT administration didn't issue any alerts not to go to class.
