Bill Moos to Resign?
Joe Giansante just announced on Oregon Game Day that UO Athletic Director Bill Moos will be resigning sometime this week for “personal reasons.”
No other details (or official confirmation) are available yet, but KEZI’s Giansante should probably be considered a reliable source considering his access to the team. No word yet on if “personal reasons” is a codeword for “overseeing a crappy football season.”
Clarification: I wrote “retire” instead of “resign” in the original post. Giansante specifically said that Moos will announce his resignation, not retirement.
Update 11/26: The Register-Guard’s Bob Clark has a front page story on the resignation in today’s paper with more details.

If the Ducks pick up Coker I’ll probably kill myself.

As long as Paul Martinez never puts on a duck jersey again I will be happy.

Funny, I was just talking with a gentleman up here in Coeur d’Alene who said Moos is a good friend and is looking to buy property alongside Lake Coeur d’Alene.
Bill Moos is a great guy. I wish him all the best.

Mike Bellotti needs to be fierd. No excuse for having team performance as flat as this season.

Whatever happened tp our Ducks. The team has not been the same since Jeff Tedford left Oregon. The Mike Bellotti era needs to end. Take those new helmets with him.

Bellotti is probably one of the classless coaches in the ncaa. He shows no respect to his superior opposition. What does this teach his players? I think Phil Knight is making deals with the pac 10 refs
