If so, you should take extraordinary steps to display them. Giving this lady an out such as calling you a liar will only increase the length of time before she has to face the fact that she has some 'issues' (codeword for 'needs help'). Even though she's got problems, as her blog comments clearly display, it would be best for everyone to help her into therapy asap. Your actions might even save a life or two!
