‘He’s Not A Mouth- Breathing Troglodyte’
That’s Mr. Tyler Graf on The Frohn just now. O’Reilly is, like expected, completely ignorant of the relevant case law. And he’s giving Jethro a lot more time. I sort of wish that we’d gotten “viewpoint neutrality” out there, or maybe a plug for the website, but overall nice job Tyler.

All that just so O’Reilly could call Frohny a coward on live television.
It doesn’t get any better than this, folks.

Those people need to wake up…what they did at the Insurgent served no benefit, other than to offend people, not just Christians. Do they have ANY morals? or do they just like to stir up trouble so that the attention is on someone other than their sad selves?
I will be praying for them (like it or not)…this isn’t about freedom of speech, anyone can write or draw what they want. The issue is that whomever had the idea to draw those things (cartoons are funny, these aren’t) and then print them have no respect or regard for their own souls or for anyone else. This was a self serving agenda….very sad.

“I know the Commentator is a responsible publication” - Bill O’Reilly

Congratulations on the responsible journalism, dudes.

Props to the Factor for digging up the worst picture of the Frohn ever. Now THAT is responsible journalism!

Someone just needs to tell Bill O’Reilly to shut up and read Southworth v. Board of Regents (U of Wisc.).
I think I may just do that.
May 17th, 2006 at 7:46 pm
Seriously. Only a giant pink boner could have made the Frohn look more disreputable and less like the well-groomed attorney-bot that he actually is. Props to Tyler for managing to insult the Insurgent folks while defending their position on nat’l television. Also, you looked very nice.

I wasn’t able to watch this. Sho, I hope you can post the show online somewhere! Otherwise, I’ll have to find the episode on a BT site.

mhbrooks:
car·toon
n.
A ridiculously oversimplified or stereotypical representation: i.e. criticized the actor’s portrayal of Jefferson as a historically inaccurate cartoon.
(deffinition adapted from dictionary.com)
To put it simply, not all cartoons are funny.

It should be replaying right now! (8:00pm pacific)

Religious right trying to further censor America….Shocking! The cartoons are funny, everyone needs to lighten up & put thinsg in perspective.
Good showing on the O’Reailly Factor, even if he is an idiot…

Oh yeah, “Master”, we’re all interested in case law on an issue involving
outrageous cartoons which serve no purpose and certainly aren’t funny.
You University types………self proclaiming educated jackasses.

Nice to know you care so much about the rule of law, due process, and free expression Steve. Fills my black little libertarian heart with glee to know people like you vote; warms me right up on a cold South Texas night to know that principled persons are out there defending the rights of people to say what they wish when they wish so zealously. I’m heartened to know that a deep, thorough understanding of the relevant legal facts is held by everyone on all sides of this non-issue.
May 18th, 2006 at 9:46 pm
Oh yeah, that Supreme Court, what they have to say isn’t important.
May 18th, 2006 at 10:19 pm
Thank you, Anna.

Tim,
I’ve been telling you democracy is a sham.
May 18th, 2006 at 11:48 pm
Hey, Steve, welcome to the United States. If you don’t like Southworth, then go overturn it yourself. Otherwise, respect the law.

Andy: Democracy sucks! Except it beats the hell out of the alternatives.
