Neighbor's was always Neighbors while I was at U of O but the locals told me in its prior life it had been a McDonald's. Compare the two buildings. The restaurant looks like a Mexican fast food joint while Neighbor's design harkens back to the average Golden Arches circa 1980. You might be wrong about that.
