		<description>Well the bicyclist is alive, so there will be no plaque to memorialize the incident. The minivan that collided with the bicyclist was turning, so was probably not going very fast.

No one among the rubbernecking crowd seemed to have seen the actual hit, although it was evident that it occurred mere moments before I strolled up-- so the short answer is that I don&#039;t know who screwed up.
