I like to the of The Pick less like clinging to a sole moment of glory and more like cherishing a fond memory...

Further, need I point out all the problems in this article?

"It seems like the opposing team always makes the big play to win the game."
--Yes, like scoring more points. A lot more. Throughout the game.

"In all five games this season, they have made progress. Every team they faced has caused this team to take a step forward, not backwards."
--The same thing happens walking the wrong way on a moving sidewalk. You also achieve the same result.

"the team that looked competitive against Notre Dame..."
--*cough* 34-17 *cough* (see also: 29-3 going into the 4th. Competitive against ND's 3rd string is still competitive, I guess.)

"I will continue to keep the faith as long as they keep showing me signs of progress. As long as they play their guts out... I will believe. But if the Ducks blows them out again, this believer might run out of faith."
--Brain... melting...

Wait, this guy thinks we cling to '94 (when even I wasn't here) when we beat them 42-10 in 2003 and 31-6 last year? Sad.

I guess the UW folks don't recall that year, oh what was it 2002, where we finished #2 in the country.
