After converging briefly on the Johnson Hall steps with a modest band of sympathizers Monday morning, Bogart set up shop on the big lawn across the street with a few chairs and a big banner that was laid out on the grass. He’s been there all week, sitting with one or two other people– possibly his Peace Studies professors, since he’s apparently boycotting class and his companions look sort of old. Mostly people are ignoring him, but occasionally people will be seen to stop and humor him for a moment or two. I walked past once and heard him declare, “Oh yeah, these guys, this… insidious government… they’re just getting away with it now… they’re above the law.”

Someone should get him in touch with Zach Vishanoff– it seem he’s becoming an expert in the connecting of dots.
