I've managed to save up roughly $82667 in my bank account, but I'm not sure if I should buy a house or not. Do you think the market is stable or do you think that home prices will decrease by a lot?

Check your facts.

This year's joint report by US and Canada statistical agencies shows that average healtcare service delivered and healthcare perceived quality is the same. One BIG difference though is that the dispersion of health status is much wider in the state. The common hypothesis is that a significant minority get no prevention or get treatment to late, being uninsured, leading to worse diseases.

Do you remember what percentage of the middle class vs the poor in the US are not insured?
