It does my mind well to see the police writing good reports to be used as evidence in a criminal case (if there had been one) and investigating real crimes, instead of the crap I hear about all the time: a) Pulling people over for making a California stop when turning right on red when there are no other cars in sight b) Spying on and raiding people for commiting consensual crimes like prostitution, drugs, or buggery since they have no other enforcement technique due to the fact that there's no victim to report the crime c) Pulling people over for taking a slighty wide turn in their mid-size pickup and brushing the damn curb that the damn City of Redmond put right in the middle of the damn street right in front of my damn driveway when the only other option is to drop off the sidewalk by taking the turn slightly narrow Whether these reports were _good_ is up to interpretation.
