Cinco De Mayonnaise

It may not be Mexican Independence Day, but it still made this list. Although I’m more enthused by their comment for National Prayer Day, which completely passed me by:

May 3rd: “National Prayer Day” needs counter-protesting with FREEDOM FROM STATE RELIGION DAY. If you would object to Hindu religiosity (Ganesha as the Son of God ) being imposed in our classrooms by any potential United Nations “New World Order” global democracy, then resist people imposing Jesus Christ icons in our classrooms.

This is the true money quote:
While definitely not a libertarian holiday, there is a libertarian theme to be promoted of property rights being pollutions’ worst enemy. Privatize the oceans and watch the oil companies stop oil spills FAST to avoid the endless lawsuits for damages.

  2. Danimal Says:

Uh…yeah. Privatize the oceans and who the fuck would buy them?

    Also:

“Given that the US is bordered by Mexico to the south and Canada to the north…”

So they’re not looking to abolish that, at least.

I hope my juxtaposition of the word “enthused” with the phrase “United Nations ‘New World Order’ global democracy” sounded as ironical as I had intended it to. I just like to see a group trying to appeal to the wingnuts right from the get-go.

Like I’m so fond of saying RE the organized Libertarian movement: BITCH BE CRAAAZY!
